Appointments
Please call 212-517-7570 to schedule an appointment. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to missed appointment fee of $125.
Insurance and Billing
Dr. Lambroza is currently a participating provider with BCBS, Cigna and Medicare. If Dr. Lambroza does not participate with your insurance plan, we will be happy to file an electronic claim on your behalf and the reimbursement check (if you have out of network benefits) will be sent directly to you.
